Bi-State Regional Commission: A Modern Digital Hub for Regional Collaboration
The Bi-State Regional Commission, a voluntary organization serving five counties and 43 municipalities in western Illinois and eastern Iowa, sought to modernize its digital presence to better serve its member governments and the public.
