InterGen does not offer MS Outlook 365 for email. There are three options for troubleshooting 365 email issues.  

1. Reach out to your current email provider for assistance. 
2. Move to a partner we recommend who works with email through Office 365:  Link Computing.
3. Move to Google Workspaces through interGen.  The cost for this is $6 per month or $60 per year, and it allows us to provide email support for your business.
